MANAGEMENT

On-site management of the Toowoomba Surgicentre is headed by a Facility Manager, responsible for the day-to-day running of the facility, its Legislation review and implementation and regular review of the Facility's Quality Management program.

The Executive Committee meets regularly to review productivity, patient satisfaction, quality control, new technology, equipment performance and innovation.

External auditing is regularly conducted to ensure compliance with Australian Standards, Legislation, HQCC requirements which are essential to maintaining Facility Accreditation.
